Digital Printer Operator - 2nd Shift
About the role
A Digital Printer Operator is needed to join our 3rd shift team. The position involves mastering digital printing equipment, collaborating with the team, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and ensuring high-quality prints.
Responsibilities
- Mastering our digital printing equipment
- Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to keep operations smooth
- Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and meet production goals
- Communicating effectively during shift overlaps to enhance plant performance
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ensuring quality control standards are met
- Lifting up to 30 lbs frequently and standing for 8-10 hours per day
Qualifications
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment
- A team player who shares knowledge and pitches in
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay rate is $17.50/hr plus $1.75/hr shift differential. Occasional overtime is required. After 30 days, eligible for:
