About the role
Tinley Park, IL commercial printer/mailer has multiple immediate openings for full-time hire.
Responsibilities
- Experienced Digital Print Operator
- Must be able to read and understand job details/work ticket to correctly perform instructions for the printers, including set-up and calibrations.
- Ability to learn how to operate digital printing equipment, both full color and monochrome and keep production moving in a deadline orientated work environment.
- Performs weekly cleaning, calibrations and minor preventative maintenance on equipment to limit downtime.
- Communicates with Production and Sales staff to offer suggestions on workflow improvements.
- Works with Service Technicians to keep printers in optimal operation.
- Attention to Detail and Quality.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Requirements
- InkJet knowledge base a plus.
