Digital Printer Operator - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Mastering digital printing equipment by setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly
• Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift
• Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect
• Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day

Qualifications

• A sharp eye for detail and a love for accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment
• A true team player who's ready to share equipment knowledge and pitch in wherever needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the hustle
• Great communication skills—because keeping everyone in the loop is key

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM. Occasional overtime is required.

Pay

$17.50/hr plus $1.75/hr shift differential.
