Essential Responsibilities
- Manage The Hub end-to-end, including platform configuration, taxonomy, navigation, governance and analytics.
- Manages daily technical operations and support of over 200 contributors of content.
- Maintain a prioritized product roadmap; partner with IT and vendors on enhancements, integrations, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Establish standards for publishing, ownership, archival and review across departments; reduce stale content.
- Use analytics, search data and user feedback to continuously improve findability and engagement.
- Train and support content owners across the organization; build templates and self-service tooling.
- Report on usage, search behavior, content performance and roadmap progress.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years of digital platform, intranet or web product management experience.
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
None required.
