About the role
The Company is looking for a Product Manager to join the digital platform product team. - Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release scope, and implementation plans that align business value, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and user experience.
- Partner with program/project management to lead cross-functional core teams through product development, launch readiness, change management, and post-launch adoption.
- Work closely with engineering, design, UX, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and intuitive workflows through iterative development.
- Measure, analyze, and communicate product performance, adoption, operational impact, and KPI trends to inform roadmap decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
- Willing to travel up to 20%.
