About the role
Digital Payments Operations Specialist – Pensacola, FL (Hybrid). Initial 6‑month contract with possible extensions. Compensation: $20/hour – $22/hour. Must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S.
Requirements
- Payment Operations Expertise – solid knowledge of wire transfers, cashier's checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related operational processes
- Risk and Compliance Awareness – understands and applies regulatory requirements, including OFAC screening, fraud prevention controls, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and internal policies to mitigate operational and compliance risk
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving – analyzes complex payment scenarios, identifies root causes, resolves exceptions efficiently, and makes sound decisions while balancing member service, risk, and operational requirements
- Detail Oriented – maintains a high level of accuracy when reviewing payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and financial losses
- Communication and Collaboration – effectively partners with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and support operational objectives
