We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company mission etc. We need to extract substantive content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about Jack Henry: mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Description of role: "The Payment Operations Specialist supports daily ACH and payment processing functions by monitoring file transmissions, performing reconciliations, resolving exceptions, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, research, and resolve payment exceptions, support ACH and Check-related inquiries, manage operational escalations, and assist with onboarding activities. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, financial institution partners, and internal teams, providing operational support, issue resolution, and after-hours coverage to ensure critical payment processes are completed accurately and on time. Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the integrity and reliability of payment operations." That could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". Then we have "What you’ll be responsible for:" bullet list. Then "What you’ll need to have:" bullet list (minimum 2 years experience, shift schedule). Then "What would be nice for you to have:" bullet list (AAP, etc). Then "Why Jack Henry?" includes benefits description: "We offer [1] comprehensive benefits designed to support your physical, mental, and financial health..." plus culture etc. Also mention remote position and location radius. We need to include Pay and Schedule only if stated. Schedule: shift Monday-Friday 2:00PM to 11:00PM CST, occasional Sunday/holiday rotating. So we have schedule info. Pay: not mentioned. So we should not include Pay section. Benefits: mention comprehensive benefits but no specifics. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits: they say "We offer [1] comprehensive benefits designed to support your physical, mental, and financial health". That's vague but still states they offer benefits. Is that considered substantive? It's not specific details but it's a statement that benefits exist. The instruction says avoid filler like "not specified". "Comprehensive benefits" is vague but still a statement. Might be okay to include Benefits section with that sentence. However they also have a link to benefits. Could include that. We also have location info: remote position within radius of certain offices. That could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in headings list. Could be included in About the role paragraph. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions, cookie/navigation, etc. Also remove "If you got this far..." etc? That's motivational but maybe keep? It's not boilerplate but could be considered fluff. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep motivational sentences if they are part of posting. However they might be considered filler? Not sure. Safer to keep them. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus structure:

About the role

... (company mission + role description)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and scheduling of inbound and outbound file transfers and reconcile all related information.
  • Maintains necessary operating records, checklists, and procedures to ensure accuracy and timely completion of functions.
  • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Provides support to customers and internal users in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with ACH research, communication between RDFIs and customers, and use of proper procedures for disputed ACH transactions.
  • Identify, resolve and/or escalate issues to management for assistance as needed.
  • Other duties will include training on multiple processes which includes reconciliation of ACH and Check exceptions.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry, or payment operations role.
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday (Shift is 2:00PM to 11:00PM CST) The timeframe is based on a traditional 8-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch, but the ending time may vary due to peak processing demands.
  • Must be able to work an occasional Sunday and/or holiday on a rotating basis.
Maybe also include location requirement: remote position within approx 70-mile radius of offices. Could be added to Requirements or About the role. Probably better to add to Requirements as a bullet.

Qualifications

maybe for nice-to-have? But we have "What would be nice for you to have:" which could be Qualifications or Skills. The headings list includes Qualifications and Skills. We could put nice-to-have under Qualifications or Skills. Let's decide: Qualifications for nice-to-have, Skills for specific skills like AAP, customer service, analytical, typing, deadlines, confidentiality, proficiency in Office. Thus:

Qualifications

  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with ability to problem solve with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple activities and assignments.
  • Able to work with confidential materials and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail applications.
But we also have Skills heading; maybe we could put the soft skills under Skills and the AAP under Qualifications. However the instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine nice-to-have into one section called "Preferred Qualifications". But headings list includes Qualifications and Skills. We could use Qualifications for the nice-to-have and Skills for the specific proficiencies. But that may be thin. Better: Use Qualifications for the nice-to-have (including AAP, customer service, analytical, typing, deadlines, confidentiality, Office proficiency). Then maybe Skills not needed. But we also have "What you’ll need to have:" which is Requirements. So we have Requirements section. Thus we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. We need Schedule section: we have shift details. Could put schedule in its own section. Thus:

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 2:00PM to 11:00PM CST (8-hour workday with 1-hour lunch; end time may vary due to peak processing demands).
  • Occasional Sunday and/or holiday work on a rotating basis.
Benefits section: we have statement about comprehensive benefits and link. Thus:

Benefits

We offer comprehensive benefits designed to support your physical, mental, and financial health so you can thrive both personally and professionally. Learn more: Jack Henry Benefits.

We could also include culture description but that's maybe fluff. Could include under About the role or separate? Not needed. We must not include EEO etc. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: we need to include the location radius statement. Where to put? Could be in About the role paragraph. Let's craft About the role paragraph: At Jack Henry, we’re more than a technology company, we’re a force for good in financial services. We’re redefining how community banks and credit unions connect with the people they serve. Our mission is rooted in people inspired innovation, empowering financial institutions to deliver seamless, secure, and human centered experiences. We deliver cutting-edge solutions that are paving the way for the next generation of digital banking and payments, but our true impact begins with our associates. If you're ready to help transform an industry and grow with a company that values purpose, collaboration, and excellence then we’d love to meet you. The Payment Operations Specialist supports daily ACH and payment processing functions by monitoring file transmissions, performing reconciliations, resolving exceptions, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the integrity and reliability of payment operations. This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL; Louisville, KY; Troy, MI; Charlotte, NC. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. That covers a lot. Now Responsibilities list as given. Requirements list: we need to include the experience, shift schedule, occasional Sunday/holiday. Also maybe include the location radius? Already in About the role. Qualifications list: nice-to-have items. Schedule section: we already included shift details in Requirements but we could move schedule to its own section and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. However the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in either place but not duplicate? Duplication is okay if it's same info but maybe better to avoid duplication. Let's keep schedule in its own section and remove from Requirements. Then Requirements only have experience and maybe location? But location is in About the role. So Requirements: minimum 2 years experience. But we also have "Must be able to work Monday - Friday (Shift is 2:00PM to 11:00PM CST) The timeframe is based on a traditional 8-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch, but the ending time may vary due to peak processing demands." and "Must be able to work an occasional Sunday and/or holiday on a rotating basis." That's schedule info. So we put those in Schedule section. Thus Requirements: only experience. Now we need to ensure we don't create thin sections. Requirements with just one bullet is okay? It's substantive. Could combine with Qualifications? But they are distinct: requirements vs qualifications. It's fine. Now Benefits: we have statement plus link. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. Now output HTML. Let's craft. Check for any leftover fluff: "If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity. Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement on this posting, we still encourage you to apply. We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who align with our mission and can bring unique perspectives to our team." This is motivational but not boilerplate; could be kept maybe in About the role or separate? Could be included in About the role after mission. It's substantive? It's encouraging
