Digital - MES Business Analyst (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Digital - MES Business Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will focus on bridging business process needs with manufacturing execution system functionality in a complex, highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will translate customer requirements into practical solution designs, helping ensure operational execution aligns with manufacturing and aftermarket objectives. This position will also collaborate closely with technical teams, solution management, and suppliers to support integration across enterprise systems. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually Responsibilities Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality Translate customer requirements into solution designs Author functional specifications and manage system testing Engage with DevOps solution management and oversee task management Support integration with other enterprise solutions and manage supplier relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contractual obligations 3+ years of experience with MES disciplines, including process planning and work order execution Knowledge of MRO or aftermarket processes and other manufacturing solutions Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) match and flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules and paid time off Employee assistance program and parental leave Access to an employee education program for further education Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
