Digital Technology - MES Functional Analyst (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Technology - MES Functional Analyst (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will support manufacturing execution system functionality by bridging business process needs with practical technology solutions in a complex, regulated environment. The analyst will translate requirements into clear functional specifications, coordinate implementation efforts with DevOps partners, and help ensure solutions perform effectively for end users and production operations. This position also plays an important role in troubleshooting process issues, supporting testing, and maintaining strong accountability across assigned tasks. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually Responsibilities Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionalities Translate customer requirements into solution designs Author functional specifications for software solutions Troubleshoot business processes against system capabilities Engage with DevOps solution management for implementation Manage tasks with strong follow-up discipline and accountability Provide production and end user support for MES solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience Skills in system testing and coordination Experience with process mapping and solution design Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA for DevOps management U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual obligations Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short-term/long-term disability coverage 401(k) match and flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules Employee assistance programs and an Employee Scholar Program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
