Digital Media Support Coordinator

About the role

WeAreGreenBay.com (WFRV-TV Local 5) is seeking a Digital Media Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who can handle digital campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital campaigns from order entry to performance monitoring
• Create and update sales Power Point presentations
• Design and manage digital contests
• Coordinate digital deliverables for WFRV-TV and Digital Services products
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
• Input and manage orders for TV/Digital campaigns
• Maintain awareness of available digital advertising inventory
• Support Account Executives and Digital Strategic Account Manager
• Train in research programs to drive revenue
• Meet or exceed project deadlines
• Utilize WordPress for website management

Requirements

• A strong marketing mindset with excellent writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop (required)
• A degree in graphic design, marketing communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
