Digital Strategy & Portfolio Optimization

Website & Online Presence Management

Ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual quality of community websites, conduct quarterly website audits, and manage vanity number tracking.

SEO & Listings Optimization

Manage and optimize Internet Listing Service (ILS) platforms and maintain accurate property profiles across directory sites (Google Business Profile, Yelp, Yext) for local search visibility.

Media Performance Coordination

Oversee paid search, social, retargeting, display, geofencing, and remarketing campaigns, evaluate media performance, and ensure vendor alignment with KPIs.

Analytics, Tracking & Data Integrity

Ensure accuracy of GA4 and GTM, validate tracking scripts, conduct audits of the digital tracking ecosystem, and translate analytics insights into actionable takeaways.

Vendor, Tools & Platform Management

Act as the liaison for digital agencies and vendors, oversee digital tool onboarding, and maintain digital documentation and processes.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay informed on emerging digital trends, recommend new tools and technologies, and provide training on digital best practices.

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing (multifamily, real estate, or high-volume B2C preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Gemini).
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing paid media, SEO, and ILS performance with data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Prominent hands-on experience managing WordPress websites and understanding UX fundamentals.
  • Deep understanding of lead funnels, digital attribution, conversion paths, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking ecosystem best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and digital accessibility considerations.
  • Ability to embody company culture and core values.
