About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established, employee-owned manufacturing company to hire a Marketing Specialist focused on digital execution and content development. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a few years of experience who wants to take ownership of campaigns and build hands-on expertise across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Digital Content & Social Media
    • Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
    • Translate campaign messaging into engaging, on-brand posts
    • Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting cadence
    • Analyze engagement and optimize content performance
  • Email Marketing
    • Build and deploy email campaigns
    • Create and maintain automated email flows
    • Optimize email performance (subject lines, content, layout)
  • Content Creation & Design
    • Develop marketing assets for digital channels (social, email, website)
    • Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
    • Auxiliary in short-form video content creation
  • Campaign & Marketing Support
    • Coordinate campaign execution across channels
    • Support product launches and marketing initiatives
    • Auxiliary in marketing materials (presentations, collateral, etc.)
    • Help manage marketing timelines, assets, and deliverables
  • Website & Content Updates
    • Upload and maintain website content
    • Ensure alignment with promotions and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of marketing or related experience
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo or similar preferred)
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (2 days remote after training)
