Digital Campaign Execution

• Design content for digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search, display and website.
• Support product launches and promotions for financial services such as loans, credit cards, and deposit products.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Content & Channel Management

• Execute engaging, member-focused digital content in collaboration with the Creative Director.
• Manage and update website content and landing pages.
• Maintain and optimize social media channels.

Performance & Analytics

• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

SEO & Paid Media

• Support SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Assist with paid media campaigns including search and display.
• Optimize keywords, targeting and ad performance.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
