Job Summary
At Wycliffe Bible Translators, we strive to make Scripture accessible to everyone through translation. With translation work underway in nearly 2,800 languages, we seek to continue this mission by leveraging digital marketing strategies.
About the Role
Your role as a Digital Marketing Specialist will involve developing and executing online fundraising campaigns to inspire generosity and deepen donor engagement. You will also stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools to enhance our efforts.
Responsibilities
- Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Create copy for multichannel direct mail and digital fundraising and advocacy pieces with emphasis on user experience.
- Work with the content, design, video, social and email teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational content, branding and voice.
- Stay current in nonprofit fundraising and marketing best practices, SEO trends, and writing and editing practices for appropriate voice and AP Style.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques, including AI, to continuously enhance our marketing efforts.
Requirements
- A passion for Bible translation and prayer for its impact.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- The desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation.
Qualifications
- Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Two years of related experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising and marketing best practices.
- Ability to stay current in SEO trends and writing/editing practices.
- Knowledge of web technologies, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with AI and other new tools and techniques.

Benefits
Wycliffe offers a competitive compensation package, including a range of $26.21 - $29.67 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
This role is available both in Orlando, FL and remotely.
Pay
The hiring pay range for this position is $26.21 - $29.67 per hour.
