About the role
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the enrollment marketing team, responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing landing pages and conversion-focused campaign assets. This role also supports digital advertising through developing ad copy and assisting with reporting and performance monitoring across marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build, update and manage campaign landing pages within a content management system, ensuring accuracy, organization and alignment with campaign goals and user experience best practices
- Write digital ad copy and campaign messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and identify issues, inconsistencies or anomalies
- Interpret CRM data to support reporting efforts
- Monitor campaign performance and identify issues, inconsistencies or anomalies in ad platforms
- Troubleshoot issues and support quality assurance across marketing platforms and assets
Requirements
- Experience 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing, digital strategy or related fields
- Experience in conversion-driven landing page design
- Experience working within a CMS, preferably Sitecore or a similar platform
- Experience in writing digital ad copy and campaign messaging
- Experience working in paid digital media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce
Qualifications
- Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Skills: Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ability to monitor campaign performance and identify issues, inconsistencies or anomalies in ad platforms, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
