About the role
This role is focused on helping the company generate more qualified quote requests, phone calls, form submissions, and sales conversations. The right person will be comfortable working across SEO, Google Ads, website content, landing pages, Google Business Profile, and basic reporting. This is not a purely creative role or a social media-only role. It is a results-focused digital marketing role tied directly to lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Manage SEO for Warehousing Pro and Warehousing Co, including organic Google search traffic, service pages, local SEO, keyword rankings, and high-intent search terms.
- Manage Google Ads, including keyword strategy, negative keywords, budget oversight, landing page alignment, and conversion tracking.
- Improve and maintain important website pages, especially landing pages for fulfillment, storage, cross-docking, and related warehouse services.
- Write practical content for website pages, blog posts, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other basic marketing needs.
- Manage Google Business Profile updates and help improve local search visibility.
- Track and report on marketing performance, including website traffic, keyword rankings, calls, form fills, quote requests, qualified leads, and cost per lead.
- Cook up coordination with outside vendors or freelancers when technical website work, advanced design, photography, or development support is needed.
- Create light Canva graphics for web, ads, and social media.
- Support basic email marketing for lead follow-up and nurturing.
- Support GEO/AI search visibility as part of the broader SEO and content strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and Google Ads.
- Experience improving website pages or landing pages for lead generation.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and conversion tracking.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to understand marketing data and explain what is working, what is not working, and what should change.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, get-it-done mindset.
