About The Role
The role drives user acquisition and brand visibility by managing and optimizing paid search, paid social, and organic search campaigns. This position sits at the intersection of creative strategy and data-driven execution, focusing on scaling customer acquisition channels while maintaining efficiency. Working alongside content creators, design resources, and product teams, this role is responsible for the continuous testing and scaling of performance marketing channels. The focus is on converting high-intent traffic into active users and customers through rigorous campaign optimization and landing page experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager to hit monthly acquisition targets within CAC constraints
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO optimization to increase organic search visibility and high-intent traffic
- Design and execute continuous A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Monitor, analyze, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page assets that align with brand guidelines
- Manage the digital marketing budget allocation across channels, forecasting performance outcomes and adjusting bids dynamically based on ROI data
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience managing paid search, paid social, and SEO campaigns for a B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C technology company
- Proven track record of managing a monthly ad spend budget of at least $15,000 while maintaining target customer acquisition costs
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and major ad platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data from multiple sources into actionable marketing insights and structured reports
- Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent optimization sprints
- Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, SQL, or designing assets in Figma
