About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Communications & Marketing Team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights through the development and execution of digital campaigns that align with NH Housing's mission. Your primary responsibilities will include designing engaging digital content, managing audience data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our outreach efforts. You will leverage platforms like HubSpot and Google Analytics to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure the delivery of impactful messages to diverse audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of New Hampshire residents by expanding access to affordable housing through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create and launch digital campaigns including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and social media content within HubSpot to ensure they are polished, functional, and impactful
- Manage audience data by overseeing contact lists, segmentation, and subscription preferences to deliver targeted messaging
- Collaborate with the Communications team to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns, including paid media efforts
- Build reports and dashboards using HubSpot and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all communications meet quality, accessibility, and clarity standards
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and incorporate innovative strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness
Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Preferred: HubSpot certifications, experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Basic HTML/CSS skills
- Experience in building dashboards and campaign reports
