What You’ll Do
- Execute digital marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar, supporting the creation of high-quality assets including blog posts, industry articles, guides, etc.
- Update and manage website content within the CMS (Webflow), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and SEO best practices.
- Partner with external SEO agencies to monitor performance, track key metrics, and implement optimization recommendations.
- Apply SEO best practices and monitor search engine updates to support website health initiatives, strengthening domain authority and improving content visibility and site performance.
- Support the optimization of key conversion points within the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-actions, and lead capture forms.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO/AEO/LLM campaign performance.
- Avoid conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Manage social media channels, including content publishing, performance monitoring, and initiatives to grow the brand’s social presence and engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and content development.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO/LLM/AI, digital marketing, and content performance measurement.
- Experience working with a CMS platform (Webflow preferred).
- Understanding of search engine ranking factors and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content development.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Pay
Base salary for this position is in the range of $61,500 to $93,350 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
