About the role
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives while contributing to broader marketing and communications efforts across JAS.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website, including coordination with external agencies and third-party vendors.
- Support the development and optimization of digital content (copy, design, video, and photography) in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
- Support and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns, across digital and social channels.
- Oversee the marketing intranet, ensuring content is accurate, relevant and up to date.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a monthly content calendar, ensuring alignment across campaigns and channels.
- Execute and monitor web, SEO/SEM, social media, and broader digital initiatives.
- Support the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, audience segmentation, and automation workflows, as capabilities are implemented.
- Track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance, translating data into insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution roles.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including email campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social platforms), with strong working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly creative with proven experience identifying target audiences and delivering engaging digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under tight deadlines.
- Experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns and managing website/CMS updates.
- Portfolio of previous campaigns.
