Responsibilities
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative digital strategies that align with company goals and drive measurable results
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising to maximize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling, high-impact content that resonates with target audiences
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to continuously optimize results
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content development, and performance tracking
- Conduct A/B testing on emails and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience
- Manage SEO efforts and website content through a CMS to enhance visibility and search rankings
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to digital marketing initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Present campaign insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred. One to three years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising is required. Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, with the ability to develop and execute strategies aligned to business goals. Hands-on experience with key digital channels, including social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms. Skilled in creating and managing engaging cross-channel content, with a strong grasp of brand voice, messaging, and content strategy. Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization to drive performance and results. Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data and strategies into clear insights for stakeholders. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with strong critical thinking and a collaborative mindset.
