Responsibilities
- Email Campaigns and Marketing Automation
- Build and optimize automated campaigns for prospects and customers
- Continuously test and refine workflows to improve engagement and conversion
- Customer Loyalty and Incentive Programs
- Track and report on customer loyalty programs including enrollment, participation, and performance
- Support customer incentive programs by monitoring activity, validating data, and preparing summaries for leadership
- Coordinate Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys including distribution, response tracking, and insights reporting
- Lead Management and Contact Data
- Consistently maintain customer data and ensure proper segmentation is applied
- Manage the flow of marketing generated leads
- Ensure leads are routed correctly and followed up on by sales
- Track marketing sourced opportunities and support reporting on lead quality and outcomes
- Reporting and Analysis
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance across channels
- Provide regular reporting to marketing leadership with insights and recommendations
- Paid and Organic Digital Marketing
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, and social
- Monitor and report on paid media KPIs, budget pacing, and performance
- Support organic SEO efforts including keyword updates, content recommendations, and improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and digital marketing tools
- Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, social ads, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data interpretation
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in electrical distribution or B2B marketing is a plus
