Digital Marketing Specialist Job Duties

  • Proficient in all digital marketing platforms and able to perform the roles to a high standard.
  • Support the analysis of and reporting on website/app performance and/or campaign performance and behaviors and incorporate learnings into current and future planning.
  • Take note of the level of competition and coordinate team meetings to provide clients with outstanding results.
  • Develop schedules that balance strategic priorities with intake requests from various stakeholders.
  • Use search engine optimization and Google analytics to improve and settle online web content.
  • Maintain team’s website/app calendar.
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the team by managing and creating content for various digital platforms
  • Familiarity with current marketing tactics and technological advancements is essential.
  • Provide concise reports outlining the allotted funds for digital marketing for each project.
  • This role will also help us understand and adhere to our brands and department goals while working closely with merchants and marketing-channel teams across paid media, addressable, and content to ensure the timely execution of omni-channel product strategies and campaigns.
  • Test, schedule, and deploy website and app content, ensuring accuracy at each step.
  • Provide live event newsletter and social media support as needed.
  • Collaborate across the marketing department integrate website and app into omni-channel campaigns and support monetization program on both the website and app.
  • Teamwork in marketing requires that you keep a positive relationship with the content team and designers.
  • Discuss project developmental support, schedules, and structures in detail with the teammates.
  • Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations for channel growth.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Have hands on experience in running campaigns on social media platform.
  • Experience with content marketing and social media for at least three years, either in-house or at a company, startup, or agency.
  • Have hands on experience in post strategy development, content development, post designs creation, and social media advertisement.
  • Exceptional public relations and the tendency of problem-solving of clients.
  • Exemplary communication skills to convince prospective clients about the company’s products or services.
  • In-depth know-how in terms of the usage tactics of online marketing tools.
  • Experience analyzing website data using an analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics).
  • Professional Microsoft office skills are mandatory.
  • Handle the pressure of work with a calm mindset.
  • Expertise in multi-tasking, setting priorities and time management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or Public Administration.

Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Adobe Suite, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
