About The Role

The Digital Marketing Project Manager at Leap Group plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of integrated client projects by leading cross-functional teams with efficiency and clarity. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and communicative individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The Digital Marketing Project Manager acts as the central point of contact for project coordination, facilitating communication among creative, strategy, media, account, production, and development teams. They are responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves proactive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency. The Digital Marketing Project Manager also supports project scoping, resource planning, and documentation efforts, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of integrated client projects across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, documentation, and workflows to support efficient delivery
  • Partner with creative, strategy, media, account, production, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution from kickoff to final delivery
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, milestone reviews, and project recaps to maintain alignment and accountability
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables while proactively identifying risks, blockers, or changes in priorities
  • Communicate project status, next steps, dependencies, and expectations clearly with internal teams and clients
  • Support project scoping, intake, estimation, and resource planning efforts for new and existing client work
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations prior to launch or final delivery
  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including timelines, approvals, financial tracking, and status reports
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance workflows, communication, and project processes
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to foster a positive, accountable, and solutions-oriented working environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, digital, creative, or related environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, media, strategy, production, and development disciplines
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects on track
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience within an advertising, marketing, or integrated agency environment preferred
  • Project management certification or coursework completed is a plus, but not mandatory
  • High level of accountability, follow-through, and ownership over project outcomes
