About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring project deliverables, schedule, and scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project including deadlines, milestones, assignments, and risk management, while summarizing project status.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project deliverables, schedule, and scope
  • Oversee all aspects of the project including deadlines, milestones, assignments, and risk management
  • Summarize project status
  • Apply appropriate project management standards
  • Plan and monitor project artifacts through the creation, development, review, and approval process
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, which includes regular status touchpoints with internal team members and milestone meetings with the client
  • Partner with account management to manage change requests, validate the budget/schedule impacts, and communicate approved changes to all team members
  • Manage forecasts, financials, and profitability and corresponding reporting within projects
  • Implement and maintain overall processes and procedures driving greater efficiencies and quality of work
  • Maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
  • Identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning, and control of the project
  • Conduct a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with various project delivery best practice methods, including, but not limited to waterfall, agile, and scrum
