About the role

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Product Specialist in Atlanta, GA to manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (MAP) and execute data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing automation platform (MAP), leveraging its full capabilities for email communications, lead capture, nurturing, and CRM integration.
  • Build, test, and execute marketing automation campaigns, including inbound and outbound marketing tactics and email programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing automation initiatives, ensuring performance, quality, support, and reporting.
  • Create emails, landing pages, forms, and reports within the MAP, including templates, and manage approvals and edits for successful campaign launches.
  • Develop nurturing and drip campaigns to support broader marketing efforts.
  • Monitor email deliverability metrics, including IP address health, bounce rates, and spam reports.
  • Document MAP processes, programs, and procedures.
  • Track and report on effectiveness metrics for MAP-managed tactics and programs.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to improve productivity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Standardize, cleanse, and upload contact lists into the MAP, identifying opportunities for program improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in B2B digital marketing and marketing automation, including hands-on work with platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or similar.
  • Experience with elevator, escalator, or moving walk manufacturing and industry best practices for marketing automation, list management, and program implementation.
  • Proficiency in data evaluation, including extracting and interpreting data to drive marketing solutions and business decisions.
  • Experience working with business owners to define reporting and data requirements.
  • Knowledge of HTML and navigating custom API calls within marketing automation platforms connected to proprietary data storage solutions.
  • Legal authority to work in the U.S.
