Responsibilities

  • Interface with local and global sales, product management, engineering, corporate and satellite marketing team members and business teams to develop product launch strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Lead comprehensive product commercialization initiatives from concept through launch and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives
  • Bridge internal and external resources to strategically lead and develop tactical product commercialization plans and drive them to completion
  • Tactical areas include but are not limited to product positioning, value proposition development, competitive analysis, technical documentation, public relations materials, sales tools, launch communications, and customer education programs and campaigns
  • Aid in development of annual and long-range product commercialization roadmap, launch calendars, and budgets
  • Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer to create clear and value-oriented product messaging that breaks through channel noise
  • Partner with engineering and product management to translate technical features into customer benefits and compelling value propositions
  • Ensure product messaging consistency and adherence to all corporate brand graphic standards and guidelines across all product touchpoints
  • Monitor performance post-launch and gather feedback to inform continuous improvement and future product development
  • Identify areas for operational improvement within responsibilities to support the company’s overall objectives

Qualifications

  • College degree in marketing and/or communications desired
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Construction industry experience desired, but not required
  • Provide specific product commercialization examples
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate complex product features and specifications
  • Rigorous collaboration and leadership skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple product launches simultaneously
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills for technical and commercial content
  • Must have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, Teams/Zoom, and WordPress
  • Canva and Photoshop skills desired
  • Ability to clearly present complex information
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with outside vendors, customers and sales force
  • Ability to travel as needed -15%
  • Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals
  • Ability to work independently when required as well as work well across regions/time zones as part of global team
