Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • CRM and System Administration: Serves as the internal administrator for the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, and keeps account/contact records clean.
  • CRM Utilization: Ensures all users are active and provides training as needed.
  • CRM workflow automation: Builds and maintains workflows, email templates, and automated alerts within Zoho to support the growth teams.
  • CRM reporting and analytics: Generates regular and customized pipeline reports. Utilizes data analytics and market research to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Provides backend support and analytics for email campaign tools such as ZeroBounce, Apollo, Zoho Campaigns, Seamless.io and more.
  • Website Operations and Analytics: Maintains standard dashboards to monitor weekly and monthly website traffic, user behavior, and lead-generation trends; packages into clean reports for leadership.
  • Technical website SEO maintenance: Runs regular site audits to identify and fix foundational website backend issues such as broken links, slow loading pages, indexing errors, missing metadata, etc.
  • Website Tag and Pixel Management: Implements and manages tracking tags, tracking pixels, and UTM parameters.
  • Basic website content uploads: Handles the backend publishing of finalized blogs and landing pages, all while ensuring maximized SEO configuration.
  • Website Asset Utilization: Monitors and reports how website visitors interact with the site. Manages and maintains the practices’ LinkedIn page, manages content, provides analytics.
  • Operational support to the sales and marketing team as directed.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of post-acute care and ACO models is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
