Digital Marketing Operations Manager
About Ace
Ace is an Orlando-based creator marketing & growth agency. A small in-office team runs the whole engine: signing creators, producing content with AI, posting across social to drive traffic, and converting fans on OnlyFans. Chatting is fully outsourced to a dedicated partner. We manage an active roster of creators and are growing fast. We work out of a house in a quiet, high-end Orlando neighborhood — a real office with desks and meeting space. The team is in-person five days a week. Everyone wears multiple hats and the bar is high.
The Role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to run the floor and own daily execution across the business. You'll be the most visible person in the office after the founder — the one the team reports to, the one who keeps content shipping, accounts posting, vendors performing, and problems from piling up. This is a build-from-the-ground-up operator seat with a path to Director of Ops / COO. This is a leadership-and-execution role, not a finance role. The founder keeps the books (banking, bookkeeping, the monthly close); you run the people and the pipeline. You won't be running creative strategy either — the content team handles that. You make sure the company actually runs every day, and you build the team out as we grow. You won't be managing direct reports on day one, but you'll have a team within months — hiring is one of the first things you'll help drive.
What You'll Own
- Run the floor (daily execution)
- Set the energy and standards in the room; keep the in-office team focused and shipping every day.
- Run the weekly internal ops review; surface and resolve operational issues across the roster.
- Back the founder on hard calls — including performance-managing and parting ways with people when warranted.
- AI content cadence + quality
- Own the QC bar — nothing off-brand or artifact-ridden goes out.
- Posting compliance
- Own daily posting compliance — we track every account's daily posts; you make sure quotas are hit and chase down whoever didn't (the tooling is already built).
- Vendor oversight + conversion
- Own the relationship with our outsourced chat partner — where the large majority of revenue is made — and hold the vendor accountable to its numbers (revenue-per-sub, DM conversion), with a monthly business review. You manage the vendor; you don't write DMs.
- Creator-recruiting funnel
- Keep the creator-signing funnel moving so new signings don't stall; coordinate sourcing and the recruiter so prospects become signed creators.
- Team building + light HR
- Help drive hiring as we scale (marketing, admin, QA); coordinate contractor onboarding and scheduling.
- Payroll/HR systems are run with the founder — you coordinate, you don't own the books.
Tools
- The big one — Claude / Claude Code (Anthropic's AI) — non-negotiable
- You don't need to be a developer, but you must be: An experienced day-to-day user of Claude (or comparable AI like ChatGPT, with the ability to switch).
- Comfortable invoking scheduled tasks, asking Claude to query our systems, and verifying its output.
- Able to use AI as a force multiplier rather than a curiosity.
- Google Workspace — daily Sheets (advanced: formulas, conditional formatting, sorting/filtering, lookups), Drive (shared drives, version history), Gmail, Calendar.
- A lot of how we run lives in live Google Sheets you'll be in every day.
- Helpful, Not Required (we'll Teach What You Don't Have)
- Google Apps Script awareness — our posting checklist and some automations run on it; you should be able to read what it does and coordinate fixes with our tech lead, not write it.
- OnlyFans business mechanics — payouts, account states, conversion. Prior exposure or fast pickup.
- Social analytics tools (e.g. InsTrack) and iMessage as the in-the-moment team channel.
- Light exposure to modern banking/accounting tools (Mercury, QuickBooks, Gusto) is a plus since you'll read reporting that comes out of them — but the founder owns finance, so this is not a requirement.
Who You Are
- A visible leader, not a back-office manager.
- You set the energy in the room. You walk around, ask what people are working on, pull up a viral post on the TV and hype the team, call out wins, and check in on people before they have to come to you. The team should look forward to you being there.
- You run a tight ship. Standards are clear, deadlines are real, and people know what's expected. You don't tolerate sliding, missed deadlines, or half-effort. You can have a hard conversation today instead of letting it fester for a month.
- You can have a hard conversation today instead of letting it fester for a month. You hold the line on hard calls. You can disagree privately and push back hard — then you own and enforce the decision once it's made, rather than undermining it.
- You enforce standards fairly and consistently. You push people to their ceiling. This team needs to be stretched so we can hire more around them.
- You're comfortable raising the bar, giving direct feedback, and parting ways with people who can't keep up. Approachable but respected. People should feel comfortable asking you anything — and also know you'll tell them straight when something isn't good enough.
- You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a problem and fix it. You'll handle sensitive information about high-earning talent — confidentiality is non-negotiable.
- You're comfortable with the industry. Our creators work in adult content. You don't need to be a fan, but you do need to be unfazed and professional about it.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years leading a small team day to day (agency, hospitality, fitness, retail, military leadership, or similar all welcome).
- Strong "right hand to a founder/owner" profiles encouraged.
- Comfortable holding people accountable and having direct conversations.
- Organized, calm under pressure, strong bias to action.
- Genuine hands-on AI experience (see Tools) and Google Workspace fluency.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$95,000 base, commensurate with experience, + performance bonus tied to operational KPIs (posting compliance, creator retention, conversion trend).
- Full-time, in-office in Winter Park (Orlando metro), W-2.
- Benefits: 15 days paid PTO/year, all paid federal holidays, paid sick leave, and an employer-contributed health plan (medical, via Gusto).
