What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager with experience in marketing operations, enterprise-level digital marketing, and marketing automation technologies. The ideal candidate will manage complex systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives to enhance demand generation, digital engagement, and data-driven marketing strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Configure, optimize, and administer core marketing technology platforms for automation, data management, analytics, and account-based marketing.
- Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated workflows for lead capture, nurturing, automated campaigns, email journeys, and sales enablement processes.
- Analyze data and transform insights into meaningful recommendations for demand generation, campaign performance, ABM engagement, and revenue attribution.
- Determine and maintain lifecycle data flows between marketing and sales systems, including lead and account scoring, routing, CRM integration, and re-engagement programs.
- Craft solutions to ensure data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and governance across marketing databases.
- Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and closed-loop measurement models from ICP targeting through closed-won opportunities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to accelerate and scale enterprise demand generation efforts.
- Manage relationships with external vendors supporting martech administration, integrations, or project-based initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data/analytics, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners, including senior leadership.
- Ability to solve complex problems, generate effective solutions, and see them through to implementation.
- Proven creativity and resourcefulness in determining methods for new assignments and designing scalable processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, shift priorities, and handle competing deadlines.
- Passionate about operational efficiency, digital experience optimization, and transforming data into actionable insights.
Things That Would Be Great if You Brought to the Table
- Certifications in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or related martech tools.
- Experience with AI-driven content, targeting, scoring, or optimization models.
- Proficiency with BI or data visualization platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing data governance, enrichment sources, and segmentation approaches.
Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office setting and requires the use of basic office equipment such as a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer. Employees are expected to work at least three days per week in an Iridium office to foster collaboration, relationship-building, and professional growth.
Additional Information
The base pay range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors. This range represents an estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
