Digital Marketing – Manager

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Regular posting on organization’s social media across all handles (Twitter, IG, FB, LinkedIn, Blog etc.); Posts/stories about new offers/ festivals/ industry updates. Handle a team of interns.
  • Marketing Collaborations: Looking out for new opportunities for marketing collaborations; Maintaining database and reviewing marketing proposals received from other companies; Analysing marketing proposals and evaluating the ROI.
  • Monthly Marketing Plan: Preparing monthly marketing plan for meeting organizational marketing goals; Looking out for innovative market techniques; Implementing monthly marketing plan.
  • Creative & Content: Create the Creatives for social media; Produce content for website / digital marketing campaigns.
  • Online Reputation Management: Addressing queries on social media; Delegating social media leads to CRM team; Resolving issues raised on social media along with CRM team.
  • Event Management: Organizing & hosting company's events; Ensuring participation of company in relevant industry events; Maintaining vendor lists for company events.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, master’s degree (preferred).
  • Good Relationship Management Skills.
  • Calm and mature personality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Should be Creative and a social media enthusiast.
