Manager
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each visit. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:
Managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
Setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, and reporting results.
Responsibilities
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures:
- Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
- Sales promotions are executed effectively.
- All service staff are trained in service procedures.
- The Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures:
- The restaurant delivers high-quality food to customers quickly and safely.
- Food costs are controlled.
- All kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager ensures:
- The restaurant hires qualified crew and trains them well.
- Crew members are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
