Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
- Organize briefs, assets, and campaign details across teams
- Support quality checks (links, tracking, creative, copy) before campaigns go live
- Email & SMS Marketing
- Coordinate with Creative and Copy teams to gather assets and ensure alignment
- Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Support A/B testing and basic reporting
- Cook with external agencies to ensure smooth execution
- Paid Media
- Support the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Assist with organizing creative briefs and asset delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues
- Support campaign setup QA (links, UTMs, naming conventions)
- SEO & Affiliate
- Assist with coordination with SEO and Affiliate partners/agencies
- Assist with content briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time
- Track deliverables and timelines
- Support basic reporting and performance tracking
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Internship or academic experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics is a plus
- Skills & Tools
- Strong interest in digital marketing (Email, Paid Media, SEO, Affiliate)
- Basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, Google Analytics, ad platforms) is a plus
- Soft Skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
- The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment.
- The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.
- The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm.
- Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs.
- The position resides in Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work.
- Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects.
- This job also requires constant sitting.
- Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment.
- The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance.
