About the role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Digital Marketing team by coordinating with other marketing personnel and team members in other departments to develop and maintain a content calendar for social postings, developing copy and content for blog posts and social posts, determining optimal posting schedule, and tracking of key performance indicators to optimize content using the platform HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies, including search, display, and social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives
- Stay in front of emerging social trends relevant to our industry and create compelling content for social media accounts and company blog
- Assist with photography, videography, and editing of projects, associates, and events
- Assist with the internal promotion of the firm’s brand and culture
- Assist with promotional activities, events, career fairs, or trade shows, working with internal and external teams to market services
- Identify KPIs, review analytics to track and optimize performance, and prepare reports to communicate results to leadership
Requirements
- Degree in liberal arts, business, journalism, communication, marketing, or related field strongly preferred
- A strong attention to detail and ability to stay on top of best practices and news in social media and paid digital marketing
- A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in social media applications and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn/Facebook campaign managers
- Able to juggle multiple projects/priorities at one time and maintain detailed content calendar for social postings
- Basic understanding of graphic design. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Past internships in marketing or public relations in the A/E industry is a plus
