Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States.

About the role

This position supports online tours and activities, excursion bookings, travel-advisor support, supplier coordination, customer service, product operations, and marketplace workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing, communications, content, campaign, or outreach work connected to assigned business priorities.
• Maintain accurate calendars, briefs, status trackers, content records, campaign details, and follow-up items.
• Support research, drafting, publishing, reporting, and stakeholder communication using approved online tools.
• Review work for completeness, brand consistency, timing, and documented requirements before handoff or publication.
• Prepare concise performance updates and keep project documentation organized for remote collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

Pay

Base compensation: $44,000–$66,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
