Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal, support role on the Experience & Engagement team. They will assist in executing digital marketing, social media, and demand gen strategies; provide data and insights on digital initiatives; and manage website content.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the planning, organizing and execution of programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.
- Aid the Experience & Engagement team in executing digital marketing, social media, and demand gen strategies; including, but not limited to, email marketing campaigns, copywriting, digital ad placement, keyword research and SEO, and inbound marketing tactics.
- Develop social media content and report out for the company’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
- Provide data and insights on digital initiatives and campaigns on specific lines of business and assist in the creation of dashboard reports to senior leadership and sales.
- Manage, audit and update website content based on the communications calendar or as requested by E&E team members.
- Add content and pages to MarshBerry.com and other MarshBerry websites as needed.
- Track campaign progress, develop various digital marketing materials, update online assets, streamline digital marketing production, and handle general digital marketing activities and requests.
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with potential internal/external clients, partners and stakeholders that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation for all MarshBerry services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Selection Criteria
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in communications, marketing, or digital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field or a combination of education and work experience.
- Skills: Excellent project management skills; strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; strong critical thinking and analysis; a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done attitude; strong attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and copy-editing; adherence to brand standards.
