Digital Marketing Coordinator

Dreams Travel CR has an opening for a Digital Marketing Coordinator supporting vacation and international travel planning, reservations, cruises, all-inclusive travel, itinerary support, and customer service. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign briefs, deadlines, approvals, and asset status across assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate content, creative, landing-page, email, social, web, or paid-media deliverables with the responsible teams.
• Prepare campaign links, tracking details, audience files, and supporting documentation before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile recurring results, trends, and follow-up actions for the team.
• Coordinate feedback, revisions, approvals, and handoffs to keep marketing deliverables on schedule.
• Keep marketing files, contact data, project notes, and reporting documentation accurate and organized.

Requirements

• Strong organization, written communication, campaign coordination, and basic analytical skills.
• Comfort using common marketing, analytics, spreadsheet, CMS, or project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines and assets without losing approvals or version control.
• Good judgment about brand voice, customer communication, and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret basic campaign metrics and prepare clear performance summaries.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$63,000 - $71,500 per year
