Responsibilities

  • Execute the digital marketing strategy set by the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Join exploratory calls with customers to uncover product details and value propositions, then turn those insights into engaging content that drives action
  • Create white papers, brochures, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Develop clear, creative, and concise value-proposition-driven content
  • Support all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, email, and social media) to drive engagement, maintain brand consistency, and improve conversion rates
  • Manage campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • Review, edit, and proofread all assigned projects for accuracy and quality
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or higher from a four-year college or university
  • 1+ years of working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, email, and social media
  • Experience supporting LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Ability to work aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone standard business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT)
  • Familiarity with web, email, and social media analytics, including compiling and analyzing performance data
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and its role in the sales pipeline
  • Understanding of content development processes from strategy through production, including basic HTML/CSS/JS skills for websites, email, and social platforms
