Digital Marketing/Content Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Execute the digital marketing strategy set by the Digital Marketing Manager
- Join exploratory calls with customers to uncover product details and value propositions, then turn those insights into engaging content that drives action
- Create white papers, brochures, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Develop clear, creative, and concise value-proposition-driven content
- Support all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, email, and social media) to drive engagement, maintain brand consistency, and improve conversion rates
- Manage campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Review, edit, and proofread all assigned projects for accuracy and quality
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or higher from a four-year college or university
- 1+ years of working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, email, and social media
- Experience supporting LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Ability to work aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone standard business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT)
- Familiarity with web, email, and social media analytics, including compiling and analyzing performance data
- Basic understanding of lead generation and its role in the sales pipeline
- Understanding of content development processes from strategy through production, including basic HTML/CSS/JS skills for websites, email, and social platforms
