About the Opportunity

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting campaign tracking and managing the distribution of influencer marketing programs via paid social campaigns across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. This role contributes by analyzing data, optimizing paid social strategies, and enhancing reporting processes, directly impacting the effectiveness and reach of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and clean data to support client reporting deliverables
  • Customize and maintain dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring data quality through regular checks
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to address client questions
  • Prepare presentations, analytic reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights
  • Collaborate in client discussions about campaign performance
  • Deliver benchmarks, trends, and insights from reporting tools
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies in coordination with account management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paid social media products and advise internally and externally
  • Set up and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms
  • Assist in developing new methodologies, processes, and metrics to improve program evaluation
  • Publish data trends, industry insights, and thought leadership content

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in agencies or in-house marketing roles
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Proficient written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of social media and current organic and paid social marketing KPIs
  • Preferred: Media buying or performance marketing experience
  • Effective communication within cross-functional teams
  • Quick learner of new software tools
  • Ability to distill complex information into compelling stories and visualizations
  • Experience with data analysis and deriving insights from complex data sets
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $86,000. Compensation decisions consider factors such as skill sets, experience, training, qualifications, education, and organizational needs.
