About the Role
The Digital Marketing Analyst supports the measurement, reporting, and optimization of Power's digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate digital data collection and helping transform data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, patient, and collaborative, with a passion for solving problems, learning new things, and translating data into compelling stories that help business partners make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Nitro business performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and validation of event tracking across websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor digital analytics data quality, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple data sources.
- Analyze website, campaign, and customer behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing performance.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
- Support campaign measurement, attribution modeling, conversion analysis, and customer journey reporting across digital marketing channels.
- Document analytics requirements, tagging specifications, implementation processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze business performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement, web analytics, and event tracking.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Patient, collaborative, and customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships as the digital marketing team grows.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to continuously learn new analytics platforms.
