This opportunity is part of Blink’s Embedded practice, supporting long-term engagements with some of Blink’s largest client partners.

About the role

Our client is seeking a mid-level Digital Marketing Analyst to support client-facing digital initiatives. The role is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite) and an initial duration of 6 months, with potential for ongoing work. The digital marketing team is global, with key leaders in London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, and cross-functional partners worldwide. This expanding team drives the company’s digital vision to strengthen client relationships globally.

Responsibilities

  • Support content production across client-facing websites using the Sitecore content management system, including primary production of HTML and image assets.
  • Coordinate production tasks with an offshore content production team, owning outcomes, quality control, code review, troubleshooting, and adherence to design requirements, brand standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with content strategy, product marketing, channel marketing, digital design, and development teams to deliver end-to-end integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Apply visual creativity and design skills to optimize email, campaign, and web creative in collaboration with the Digital Design Lead, including image selection and light edits using Figma and other tools.
  • Produce and deploy content for internal platforms such as the corporate intranet, digital asset management system (Seismic), and Salesforce.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing best practices and perform competitive analysis on industry peers and digital marketing leaders in other sectors.
  • Undertake strategic ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital content production role using a content management system (2–4 years preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for majors in marketing, finance, operations, computer science, engineering, or technology.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exposure to digital content creation software such as Figma; Sitecore experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in HTML production for web and email; Litmus experience is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
  • Business-to-business experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Occasional schedule flexibility for collaboration with global colleagues across time zones.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay

$105,000 – $115,000 a year, depending on experience.
