Digital Marketing Analyst
About the role
IXL Learning is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Analyst to join our digital advertising team. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Advertising, you will help build and manage ad campaigns for leading edtech brands including IXL, Rosetta Stone, Education.com, and TPT. This role offers hands-on experience, skill-building opportunities, and a chance to contribute meaningfully to educational technology.
Responsibilities
- Build and monitor ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Create and implement tests to understand what drives ad performance.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce engaging creative content.
- Present findings to marketing and product teams for feedback and decision-making.
- Owning campaign strategy as you gain experience, making informed decisions about project priorities and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in SEM, marketing, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and natural critical thinking.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in Excel and Google Sheets, particularly Pivot tables.
- A go-getter mindset, proactive and driven.
- Curiosity about marketing, consumer psychology, and technology's impact on learning.

Benefits
The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,300 to $75,000 + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office.
