Digital & IT Leadership Development Program Associate - Digital Product Development
About the role
The Polaris Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates interested in technology, business, and leadership. Through four six-month rotations, associates gain hands-on experience delivering digital products, developing technology solutions, and partnering with teams across Polaris to solve real business challenges.
The Digital Product Development Track provides exposure to the full digital product lifecycle—from product strategy and requirements definition to software development, architecture, and solution delivery. Associates work alongside product managers, engineers, architects, and business leaders to help shape the digital products and platforms that power Polaris. This track is ideal for individuals who enjoy technology and are energized by problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, and leadership.
