Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to various departments within the company through a rotational experience.
- Participate in interactive training sessions focused on leadership skills, communication, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
- Take the lead on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Receive personalized coaching and mentorship from senior leaders to develop a tailored career growth plan.
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by implementing innovative solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand the strategic direction of the company and how operational decisions impact the overall business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
