Digital Intern

Position Summary

The Digital Intern will work closely with the Director, Digital to support the online presence of the Maine Mariners through social media, content creation, and basic data analysis.

Key Daily Duties

• Manage social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create and design graphics for social media and other platforms.
• Edit short-form videos using tools like Canva.
• Schedule posts and respond to comments on social media platforms.
• Coordinate content needs for game days.
• Collect traffic data and review basic performance reports using tools like Google Analytics or Excel.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hockey calendar.

Qualifications

• Study in Communications, Sports Management, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Experience in social media, marketing campaigns, and content creation.
