UNICEF Lebanon Country Office works to advance the rights and well-being of children and adolescents through programme delivery, advocacy, partnerships, and operational support in a complex and evolving context. Reliable, secure, and resilient digital services are essential to ensuring business continuity, supporting programme implementation, and enabling effective collaboration across Beirut and field offices. The Digital Impact Section provides critical ICT and audiovisual services, connectivity, cybersecurity guidance, digital workplace support, and technology solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and support digital transformation. Through timely technical assistance, effective ICT asset and system management, and support for digital solutions and data analysis, the Section helps ensure the continuity of essential services and the responsible use of technology in support of UNICEF’s mission to uphold the rights of every child.

How can you make a difference? The Digital Impact Associate provides technical and operational support for the delivery and continuity of ICT, audiovisual, connectivity, and digital workplace services across UNICEF Lebanon Country Office and field offices.
