Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
  • Improve keyword rankings and organic website traffic.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content for AI search engines including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Improve AI search visibility and entity recognition.
  • Implement structured data and schema markup.
  • Increase AI-generated referral traffic and citations.
  • Monitor GEO performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages.
  • Ensure website speed, security, uptime, and user experience.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and technical performance.
  • Work closely with developers for implementation of SEO recommendations.
  • Develop SEO-driven content strategies.
  • Optimize blogs, landing pages, case studies, videos, and resource pages.
  • Identify content opportunities based on search trends.
  • Build and manage affiliate marketing partnerships.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities.
  • Track affiliate performance and revenue growth.
  • Manage affiliate reporting and optimization.
  • Develop digital PR strategies.
  • Identify high-authority publisher opportunities.
  • Manage guest posting campaigns.
  • Increase domain authority through quality backlinks.
  • Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and SEO reporting platforms.
  • Track website traffic, rankings, conversions, backlinks, and AI visibility.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management dashboards.
  • Present insights and recommendations based on performance data.
  • Leverage AI tools for content optimization and workflow automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, GEO, and AI search trends.
  • Recommend new growth opportunities using AI technologies.

Required Skills

  • A strong understanding of Technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing and digital PR.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Organic Growth.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end SEO projects.
  • Experience working with B2B technology companies, SaaS, media, or enterprise businesses is preferred.
  • A graduate in any discipline.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred experience in:
