DIGITAL EXECUTIVE PRODUCER KXRM Fox 21 has an immediate opening for an experienced Digital Executive Producer to join our team. This is an extremely rare opportunity in a beautiful city with a wonderful quality of life. We are looking for a Digital EP who is passionate about content creation and thrives in a fast-paced newsroom. This role is perfect for someone who can make smart editorial decisions under pressure, and balance breaking news with engaging content. Core Responsibilities Set the vision, standards, and daily expectations for digital and social performanceManage editorial oversight on all digital and social platformsDevelop new digital strategiesWork with anchors, producers, and editors to maintain strict deadlinesServe as a key voice in daily editorial decision-making, alongside broadcast leadershipCreate accountability around metrics, content quality, and editorial judgmentIdentify gaps and actively train the team in digital videoEnsure digital video plans are present early in story conception, not just at the endPush for stronger, smarter story framing that works across all platforms Integrate Digital, Broadcast, and Streaming Partner with newscast Eps, MMJs, and producers to extend the life of every storyCreate seamless workflows between linear, digital, and streamingDrive the evolution towards vertical videoEliminate gaps where content is left underutilized or audience opportunities are missed Basic Qualifications Proven leadership in a digital news environment, with experience managing people and performanceStrong editorial judgment with the ability to lead in a breaking news environmentTrack record of driving audience growth through content strategy and executionDeep understanding of SEO, analytics, and streaming platformsExperience working across video, streaming, and digital storytelling formatsAbility to influence across teams and lead without rigid organizational boundariesStrong communicator who can set expectations and hold teams accountableComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving newsroom environment Preferred Qualifications Track record of digital and social media growthAt least 3 years of experience in both a broadcast and digital setting Salary Range $60K, based on experience To Apply: Please visit our page and complete the application process at: https://www.fox21news.com/about-us/jobs-at-fox21/ or at the Nexstar Website at: https://nexstar.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/nexstar To be considered for this job you must apply online.
