What's the Job?

Manage the end-to-end coordination of a large-scale internal engineering webinar program, including nearly 300 sessions. Serve as the primary liaison between video production teams, stakeholders, and presenters to ensure seamless event execution. Oversee technical setup, rehearsals, and live execution of simulive and VOD sessions, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Administer digital event platforms such as vFairs, Socialive, ZoomEvents, Cvent, and Workfront, managing vendor relationships and platform SLAs. Ensure brand consistency across all recordings and manage content library, metadata, and publishing schedules for VOD content.

What's Needed?

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital event production or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as vFairs, Socialive, ZoomEvents, Cvent, and Workfront.
  • Prominent ability to manage high-volume webinar or virtual event programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work across production, technical, and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working with video production teams on simulive and VOD workflows.
