Digital Delivery Specialist (BIM Manager)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other DDS and BIM Coordinators for BIM technology implementation
• Manage effective implementation of BIM across all projects and offices
• Oversee supporting software applications for project delivery
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices for digital design
• Document and improve Digital Delivery processes and workflows
• Provide troubleshooting support for model management and coordination issues
• Assist in developing BIM Execution Plans for projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in BIM/3D Modeling, with 3+ years managing BIM projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering required
• Advanced knowledge of building information modeling programs and techniques
• Expertise in Revit and Navisworks required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required

Pay

$112,200 – $196,400 annually
